Your safety and convenience is very important to us so we guarantee to follow the rules mentioned below:

• Guarantee – that if you pay the early bird price and later cancel because of rules in your nation you will get 100% refund.
• No-one with any symptoms can come also if someone develops symptoms after arrival they cannot participate.
• All Polish rules will be fulfilled. Today you must wear masks inside the building or 2 meters rule.
• If people gather in national groups they can use their own national rules unless the Polish ones are stricter. Then by law they must stick to Polish ones.
• It is a requirement that if anyone who later is shown to be infectious or suspected of being infectious they must inform us. Then we can warn others.
• If we as the ENC decide (or have to) cancel our Gathering then there will be a full refund.
